Every engagement is scoped and priced before work begins. You will never receive a surprise invoice for hours, expenses, or research time.

No conflicted advice

We tell you when not to engage

If the deal is already good, we say so. If you do not need an advisor, we say that too. A short honest conversation is worth more than a long unnecessary engagement.
